Over 8 years of experience in optical communication hardware R&D, specializing in the design and optimization of SFP, SFP+, and QSFP series modules and cages. Proficient in high-speed signal transmission, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design, and thermal management solutions, capable of independently completing connector structure design, PCB interface layout optimization, and thermal analysis.
Participated in the development of multiple high-performance 40G/100G/400G optical modules and data center products, including QSFP-DD, QSFP56, and QSFP28, with extensive experience in module compatibility verification and reliability testing. Skilled in material selection, plating processes, and high-speed interconnect standards (such as SFF-8431/8432/8636/8679), effectively enhancing signal integrity and overall system stability.
In the professional academic and technical field, published several papers and technical articles on high-speed optical module connector design, signal integrity optimization, and thermal management. Presented experiences and innovative solutions at international optical communication conferences, such as OFC and ECOC, contributing to the team’s influence and recognition in the optical communication hardware industry.
